The tours are led by experienced guides and take 2 hours.<\/span> You should have paddled on a SUP board at least once (one hour).<\/span> If you are a beginner we recommend our two hour stand up paddle courses<\/a>.<\/span> Kids from the age of 12 can already paddle on their own SUP, younger ones can sit on the parents’ board to participate in the tour (you will get a slightly larger board that carries both).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We paddle slowly, so that everyone can keep up, a distance of about 3 + 3 km.<\/span> If the weather and water temperatures allow, we often take swimming breaks or simply relax on our boards.<\/span><\/p>\n

What to bring: swimwear, sunscreen and water for drinking.<\/span> Paddles, boards and life jackets (must be carried at least on the board) you will get from us.<\/span>
