SUP Yoga classes
SUP Yoga is a relaxing and healthy combination of the two sports Stand Up Paddling and Yoga. No sweaty yoga studios or gyms but water, wind and sun on your skin. Relaxing is best on the water. In addition, the “floating yoga mat”, your SUP board, requires a bit more body tension.
When and where are the SUP yoga classes?
SUP Yoga sessions are every Saturday, Sunday, Thuesday and Friday from mid May provided the weather fine. The start is Sa-Su11am, Thu-Fri 17pm. Please check in at least 20 minutes before the start. The lessons will start on time. Maximum number of guests is 10. If there is more people weekends that have signed up, we try to organize a second group for 12am if at least 3 people register. The classes are held in English or Hungarian The SUP Center is located in the holiday resort “Club Tihany” on the right side of the beach. The address of the club: Rév utca 3, 8237 Tihany. SUP Yoga Price and Registration:
1 hour (60 minutes) including SUP board: 4.600.- Forint or 15.- EUR. Please bring cash! Please register in English: firstname.lastname@example.org
Who is SUP Yoga for?
Regardless of age and gender, everybody is welcome. No previous knowledge required. Our programs are also announced on our Facebook page.
