DESCRIPTION:The program consists of one hour lessons with instructor and one hour of independent paddling.\nBefore you hit the water for the first time, we’ll teach you the basics on land.Choosing the right board, adjusting the length of the paddle, the correct position on the board, paddling in lying and kneeling position, getting up, paddling and turning techniques..\nAfter that, you will be practising on the water for your first time under supervision.\nAfter an hour with the instructor, you are ready to paddle on by your self into the National Park right next to our SUP centre.\nRegistration: A pre-registration or payment is not required. Please arrive well in advance (about 20 minutes) to register.\nWhat to bring: bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, identity card or driver’s license\nRequirements: You must be able to swim. Children under 16 years only accompanied by an adult\nPayment: in cash before the program.\nIf necessary, you can also hire wetsuit (5- EUR / hour)\n\n\n\n
